Something that is part of one's upbringing are the experiences that are particular of a personal background. To some extent as one grows, these experiences add a touch of flavor to our personalities and it spices our perception within our very own lives.
The way we communicate, the way we relate, the way we express ourselves... A special part of my youth, growing up in Mexico, was getting exposed to a diverse and living, breathing culture composed of Mexican legends.
The interesting part of the Mexican legends are what they reflect and value through its storytelling among the extensive collection that date far back into the Pre-Colombian era.
Through this blog, I want to bring into life a part of me through story telling, and make up my own legends and stories... and if I can, to share those legends, that are well known in Mexico. At the same time, I want to implement my love of music into this blog, as I try to post songs that are available through You Tube, and use it as the background for my stories.
I'm not a writer, but, I hope that this will help me expand my horizons artistically, and allow me to enjoy listening to a good song at the same time.
